This session is for practicing wet exits and various methods of self & assisted rescues in the comfort of a warm pool. It is not a training session. Volunteers will be available to help participants.

This pool session is to practice rolling your kayak – this is not a training session. Kersten has volunteered to demo the Layback Roll with leg load and drive, along with proper body position. Kersten and Jason will help participants as they work in groups of two.
